Breathing air compressor system
The CCC BP20 DNV breathing air compressor system is ideal for use with breathing packages used in offshore environments, particularly where there is an H²S hazard. Skid-mounted to provide you with the exact package to match your needs, the BP20 includes a choice of engine or electric drive and offers output from 100 litres per minute to 4000 lpm according to requirement, with working pressures to 414 barg.
The package is fully ExD (ATEX) certified for use in hazardous offshore environments. It is secured with a fully-protected DNV lifting frame. Alternatively it can be supplied as a ‘silent’ version within a noise-reduced enclosure.
All our compressor systems have been developed in close association with client companies to meet their exacting demands, and are tried and tested in the field. The BP20 is the result of many years’ intensive product development and testing.
The compressor is air-cooled and gives a charging rate of 20 cfm. We can supply each unit with a filtration or drying package providing breathing air to recognised standards, including EN12021.
